Drivers on roadrescue.app share their location or search a city/ZIP and see every published pro who covers that area — with your stars, reviews, and verified badge. They pick the pro they want; the site never assigns a driver to someone without their choice.
No. Drivers pay you directly — cash, card reader, Zelle, however you like. 'Mark paid' just keeps your records straight. We charge a flat subscription, never a commission.
After you mark a job completed, that driver can leave one 1–5 star review with an optional comment. Your average and review count show on your directory card. Only drivers with a completed job can review you, so ratings stay honest.
MAI (pronounced 'my') is the AI suite inside Road Rescue: symptom diagnosis, parts identification from photos, VIN decoding, and a brand assistant. Diagnoses pull official NHTSA recall and complaint data when the vehicle is known, and results show their sources. Starter includes 100 credits/month; Crew is unlimited.
Every new pro gets 30 days free with full Starter access, including your directory listing. After day 30 your plan bills at $12.99/mo (or $129.90/yr). Annual billing includes two months free. Cancel any time before it ends and you're never charged.
Yes. Pros anywhere in the world can join. The driver side offers English, Español, Français, Deutsch, and Português, and drivers can set their local emergency number. Official recall data currently covers U.S.-market vehicles only.
No. Drivers use Road Rescue in their browser — even live video. You run your business from RR Pro, a separate installable phone app that shares the same jobs, calls, and messages.
Yes. Your business name, colors, logo, and services appear on your listing and inside your work app. The public Road Rescue directory keeps platform branding so every pro is presented fairly.
Drivers see who's coming (name, logo, stars, verified badge), can share their trip, and have a one-tap emergency button. Any driver can report a problem; reports are reviewed by Road Rescue, and repeated safety reports pause a listing while it's reviewed. Every pro accepts the Provider Agreement before going live.
Yes. Tow, lockout, fuel delivery, jump starts, and mobile repair are all first-class services, and the directory lists what you offer.
