Terms of Service — Road Rescue

1. Acceptance

By using Road Rescue ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Road Rescue connects drivers with mobile mechanics for roadside assistance. We do not guarantee arrival times; estimates are best-effort and depend on traffic, weather, and mechanic availability.

3. Safety

In any life-threatening emergency call your local emergency number first. Move to a safe location away from traffic, turn on hazards, and stay visible.

4. Payment

Pricing is quoted before work begins. Diagnostic, parts, and labor charges are the customer's responsibility. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Road Rescue and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Privacy

We collect contact details, vehicle information, photos, and approximate location strictly to dispatch help. Live location sharing is opt-in and stops when you end the request.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
