Provider Agreement
These terms are publicly available for drivers to read. The independent provider—not the driver—must accept them before publishing a listing.
This agreement is between you (the "Provider") and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], operator of Road Rescue. Placeholders in brackets must be completed and reviewed by counsel.
1. Independent business
2. Qualifications, licenses, and insurance
ASE or other trade certification is not required to join Road Rescue. Experienced non-certified mechanics and roadside specialists are welcome. You must offer only services you are competent and legally permitted to perform, and accurately describe your specialties, experience, and credentials.
You represent that you hold and will maintain every license, registration, permit, and insurance policy (including liability and, where applicable, garage-keepers and towing coverage) required where you operate. Optional certification does not replace local legal requirements.
Credential labels are self-reported unless expressly identified otherwise. A verified listing badge is not a guarantee of certification, insurance, background checks, safety, or workmanship.
3. Pricing and payment
4. Conduct and safety
5. Responsibility for your work
6. Indemnification
7. Reviews, reports, and removal
8. Platform fees and subscription
Drivers use Road Rescue free of charge and pay their chosen provider directly. Road Rescue takes no commission on provider jobs. Provider subscriptions pay for access to platform tools; they do not buy guaranteed leads, jobs, revenue, or directory placement.
- Starter: US$12.99 per month or US$129.9 per year.
- Crew: US$29.99 per month or US$299.9 per year.
- Eligible new subscriptions include a 30-day free trial.
The billing cycle, applicable taxes, optional credit purchases, trial end date, and any recurring charges must be disclosed at checkout before you authorize payment. Recurring subscriptions renew under the checkout terms until canceled. Accepting this agreement alone does not authorize a charge.
Cancel through your account's billing controls before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Refunds follow the terms disclosed at checkout and applicable law. Removal of a listing for cause does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law.
9. Platform role and warranties
Road Rescue provides a directory and communication tools. It does not perform roadside services, dispatch, employ, or supervise providers, and is not a party to your service agreement with a driver. Availability, arrival times, pricing, and service outcomes are not guaranteed.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI suggestions, parts identification, and repair estimates are informational, may be inaccurate, and must be independently checked before work or ordering parts. The platform is not an emergency service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Road Rescue and its owners, officers, and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for injury, property damage, or loss arising from provider services or interactions between users. Total liability for claims relating to the platform will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Road Rescue in the preceding 12 months or US$100.
Nothing in this agreement excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections and liability for fraud or other conduct where limitation is prohibited. These terms do not guarantee immunity from claims.
