Search your location, choose a registered provider, and contact them directly. Road Rescue is free for drivers; you pay your provider separately.
How it works, step by step
- Open Get Help and share your location, or type your city or postal code.
- Pick a provider from the list — you choose who to contact; Road Rescue never picks for you.
- Send the request with your vehicle, symptoms, and photos if you have them.
- The provider calls or texts you back and accepts the job. Keep your tracker link handy.
- When they accept, their ETA and live location appear on your tracker page.
Photos and live video
You can attach photos of the problem when you send a request. If the provider asks, you can also start a one-way live video so they can see what you see — you can hear and talk to them while they watch.
Your browser will ask for camera permission the first time. Tap Allow. Video works best on Wi-Fi or a strong mobile signal.
Paying your provider
Road Rescue is free for drivers and never takes a payment from you. You pay the provider directly however they prefer — cash, card reader, or a payment app — and agree on the price with them before work starts.
Choose your language
Use the globe icon in the top bar to switch between English, Español, Français, Deutsch, and Português. Your choice is remembered on this device. Provider profiles and messages they write stay in the language they wrote them in.

Track your request
Your request has been recorded for your selected provider. Help is not confirmed until they accept and contact you.
Live location appears when your mechanic starts sharing it.
Staying safe while you wait
Move to safety if possible, turn on hazard lights, and follow local road-safety guidance. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Install this app on my phone
On iPhone, use Safari’s Share menu and Add to Home Screen. On Android, use Chrome’s menu and Install app. The Road Rescue icon opens straight to the driver home page, and holding the icon offers a Get help now shortcut. Live updates and provider searches need an internet connection.
Installed once, the app works the same worldwide — providers anywhere can list themselves, so it travels with you.
